2008 rm-x 250 hot start problems

Hi I have a 2008 rm-z 250 4 stroke. When It is cold it starts with one kick but after I ride it for 3 to 4 minutes it takes a lot of kicks to get it going is there a way I can get it to start hot with one kick? thank you.

Welcome!
I believe hard starting when warm is a valve adjustment.
As the components heat up and expand, a valve is 'hanging open' causing hard starting when hot.
Also, clean the carburetor while you're in there!

most of mine two or 4 start better when the float is working (in addition to the valves). floats change from day one, and start richening up, it gets high enough that fuel will boil over when shut off hot, and go down the intake. so i would start with setting the float and checking clearances.
