If the bike dies when clutch is in and put to 1st. why is that?. bike is brand new has about 30 mins on motor 25yz125 the clutch only seems to engage when the lever is about 80% out. whats my issue?
Does it lurch forward when it dies? Give it a little rev when you shift it into gear.
Adjusting the clutch is most likely your best bet, so that it bites when the clutch it pulled further in.
