2 Stroke 2000 cr250 fork replacement

2000 Honda CR250. The right front fork leg needs to be replaced so I am wondering what would be compatible.
The part number on the 2000 right fork assembly is 51400-KZ3-J31ZA
The part number on the 2000 left fork assembly is 51500-KZ3-J31ZA
The part number on the 2000 outer tube is 51410-KZ3-J31
The part number on the 2001 right fork assembly is 51400-KZ3-J21ZA
The part number on the 2001 left fork assembly is 51500-KZ3-J21ZA
The part number on the 2001 outer tube is 51410-KZ3-A71
Does anyone know if the outer tube from a 2001 will work on a 2000?
Will a right fork assembly from a 2001 work on a 2000?
Are any other years compatible?
Can I replace the entire fork with another year fork if it comes with the tripe tree?

the outers from any of the 47's that I have will fit in any of the clamps and take any of sliders. the trick in some are that they are built slightly different as far as spacers and axles go. 2000 and 2001 swap straight over. as i recall.

47's are 47mm forks, showas in this case. the brakes from 2000 to 2004 all seem to swap fine, as we have some 2000's, 2002's and 2004's. the difference in the 02-04 forks we have, the spacers and axles are slightly different. I hope that helps. Parts numbers come in handy for determining a "fits for sure situation". But in many cases manufacturers use different part numbers or superseded part numbers to show something that is different in compound or supplier.
