Other 1987 honda xl250r

I have a 1987 honda XL250r and I cleaned the carb out then realized it had me spark I have replaced the ignition coil and spark plug and it’s reading 2.86 K omes and the service manual says it’s gatta be 7.3 but I don’t know if that’s the reason I don’t have spark because I’m getting nothing. I have voltage to the ignition coil wires and I’ve tested the kill switch so I’m stuck

Did you check the Stator?

Or perhaps the ignition wire doesn’t actually touch the Contact in the Spark Plug Boot.

You do have the manual?
Here's a wiring diagram I found, maybe you can verify you're hooked up correctly.
