1986 Kawasaki klr 250

I'm looking into buying a bike so I can ride with my friends but I'd also like to take it on the road so I found a 1986 klr 250 for $800. The ad says nothing is wrong with the bike and it has 4000 miles on it. Is it a good deal or should I try to get him to lower the price?<br />These are the photos included in the ad.<br />
