1967 Suzuki AS100 Enduro Bike Build

Not sure if this counts as a dirt bike, but here it is. 2 days ago, I wired it to no longer have a key, (added a kill switch too) and removed the head light bucket completely. I’m gonna put a number plate there instead. It has amazing compression, but needs a new carb.

It is definitely getting a new seat.

Please note, the first photo is NOT in my garage, so those other bikes ar en’t mine. (In the other photos they are)

It fired right up today! Though it doesn't run now because It barely has a stator. (one of the coils has several breaks, I'm surprised it worked this long)

Me again, I’m having trouble taking the flywheel off, all the holes in the flywheel are stripped, and the shaft is damaged by the previous owner (probably) trying to get it off with the wrong attachment. I leaned the bike on its side, and it is now soaking in penetrating oil. How should I go about getting it off?
