125 04 TTR125 Carb Clean and rejet

This is my buddys 04 TTR 125, We took it out of his attic, Had the original gas in it lol... Bike is like brand new.

The air/fuel screw was tightened all the way down from the factory..

Stock Jetting was

15 pilot
105 MAin

I put in a
17.5 Pilot
110 Main

I think the air/fuel screw spring is shot... I backed it out 1 1/4 turn and anything passed that and its just going to vibrate out. I might have to stretch it out. I'm going to see how it runs as is.

With this jetting, do the end cap mod on the muffler and remove the snorkel and cut the lid on the air box. :thumb:

I had a 03 ttr 125. Stock jetting was way to lean for me and it only had the baffle removed. Good thing you changed it. Should run like a champ now :thumb:
