That thing was nasty... After seeing that, I'm going to bed the ol'Fuel tank is gunked up.
With this jetting, do the end cap mod on the muffler and remove the snorkel and cut the lid on the air box.The air/fuel screw was tightened all the way down from the factory..
Stock Jetting was
15 pilot
105 MAin
I put in a
17.5 Pilot
110 Main
I think the air/fuel screw spring is shot... I backed it out 1 1/4 turn and anything passed that and its just going to vibrate out. I might have to stretch it out. I'm going to see how it runs as is.
