1994 ktm 300

I talked to someone on craigslist about his 1994 KTM 300, I can get it for $500 but he washed it and now it doesnt spark according to what he said. If that really is the issue like he said I am confident I can fix it. Should I get it is it a good deal? Pics of bike - https://imgur.com/gallery/tw2cZ
