Sunrise on Thanksgiving morning -

A huge turkey came to camp and took some of Geeks medicine

So as we scurried along the hill tops I didn't take many photos. we came up to a little rock garden hill climb and Geek Jr. headed up, he cleaned it so I followed. We were both up and looking down at the rest of the crew when low and behold the :swollenmanginus: took a stab at it.

Then at the last second instead of making a right turn he went straight for a different line. If you look close you can see he got the front end off the ground.

Must have been a good one because he made it up to the top without a problem only to almost drop it in the rocks at the top. didn't get that shot because of the next three.
Here is the correct line in the "next three shots" a sequence of WG finessing his way through the garden.

Just an all out fun ride of about 20 something miles.
More on it's way.

42 at night was tolerable but I like my cozy hortel room and a shower.

i might do that next year. Never know being so far away but that sounds like the easy way if you dont have a hauler/motorhome

Shit yah, if I had a hauler I would stick it out for the whole week.
Ok, so we cleaned that little rock garden but my little lady decided she would find a way around and did. So I asked her to give me the thumbs up I am having fun and got these in return. It was like I have to deal with my head band can't you just hold on, I have helmet hair. :smirk:

And that was it for the first ride of the first day, up next will be a short little trip to the sand hills when P841 Jr. Jr. came back from his second ride. :shocked:

We arrived Tuesday and shortly after CDA rolled in.

As Captain Pumpkin and I started setting up the question was two fold. What time is it? Are we gonna ride or drink? So we cracked a couple of beers and enjoyed the day. The kids geared up and rode a little track right behind our trailers. James has some good photos and videos that I am sure he will post up later.

Wednesday we headed out for a little loop. Captain Pumpkin, CP Jr, Rack, Yama_dawgg (Rack Jr), GMan (Rack Jr Jr). We headed for "Geek Peek" then the Radamacher Hills toward Ridgecrest, from there out toward Charlies Place to scope out the area for New Years. Then we looped back out through Teagle Wash and back to camp.

in between these two photos James rode Rack Jr's WR 250 F and Rack Jr took my KTM. I ended up on the KLX 140. It was a short ride as I went over the handle bars and landed on my head. I went to stand up and stepped on the brake tossing my over the bars. I have a nice bruised thigh thanks to the crash. James was close to snapping a picture as I layed on the ground. He chose not to as I was in pretty bad pain or so he thought :devil:

. I think he was concerned :thinking:

. I am glad it was him because anyone one of you other ASS HATS would have been snapping pictres and asking questions later :lol:
