Hey folks,
A group of us are heading for the heat again this year and looking to hook up with dual sporters willing to show us around your little piece of dirt bike heaven.
We are three, 40 something, couples with RV's and varying rider skill levels who have explored the area for three years in a row and are always looking for new sites to visit. We been to areas such as Calico, Salton Sea Rec Area and the Slabs, Ocotillo Wells, Glamis, Quartzsite and Parker/Lake Havasu. This year we're hoping to also include Jawbone/Dove Springs and Superstition. We'll be leaving Vancouver on the 31st and should be in Jawbone by the 2nd January...from there we'll make our way down the hill towards Yuma with stops along the depending on the area, we've got the whole month to play with.
Camping and riding in the dez is something we really enjoy and hope to meet some like minded locals who know the areas lots more than we do.

Welcome BS. Glad you made it over. As I mentioned, I would love to take you out, but I am on the DL (Check out the CDA shoulder surgery thread). There is a bunch of guys on here that ride all the time and need little of a reason to ride. I am sure you will find someone that will meet you out there and take you for a tour.
