Just phuck it!
The pressure's off! Woooooohoooooo as some of you know I have been working for my sister with property development over the last year or so, we have had a few client jobs that have gone to market and now we're getting to the point of clearing our own feet finishing my sisters own properties!
Two smaller city centre flats have been completed and sold and efforts were turned to project number 1! "Winton"
I'm quite proud to say effort in has turned a run down old house into something quite nice with added gravy ( profit)
Not yet sold but money in the bank!

This flat had 4 bedrooms but now has 3 as we bought up the rear of the entire building to turn into a 3 storey town house worth about 800k, bustin my ass on this everyday but loving being back doing proper work
