Yes it is, is it dead or do you not have battery voltage to the choke stat element? If you need replacement part, what make is the carb, there should also be a carb number on the carb body or maybe a tag. This info makes it much easier to find replacement part.

Looks like a flux capacitor to me. You'll need 1.21 giga watts of electricity in order for it to function correctly.

Don't think WilsonsMC works on generators. That's the only dealership Rack knows......well, there prolly is a few others, butt let's not get into thatIsn't this just a quick run to the Dealership?
