My guess is that something got wet, that normally won't get wet while riding in the rain or puddles.
I would let it dry, or investigate the location of the ingress and dry the area.
This could be water in the carburetor, intake or airbox.
Could be an electrical connector.
Could have popped a fuse while it was momentarily wet, and now is just an open fuse causing your issues.
