Here is the link to the Monday Creek ORV area in the Wayne National Forest. They have 8 decent trails there = about 75 miles of riding available.

General info on The Wayne:

My family used to rent a home in the summer in the Wayne in this area and I used to ride here, just not on the state land. The land is beautiful rolling hills, heavily forested, and intermediate in difficulty. It's fun and as fast or slow as you want it to be. Just have to stay away from the quads. If its dry, they are a major pain in the ass on the two tracks.
If you can do a weekend, you can camp at any of the trailheads. I'll probably stay a weekend. I should have an Ohio ORV sticker for you. I never stick em to my bikes so they can migrate from one to the other.
I need to renew both of them for my 5 vehicles this year.
You would just have to buy a $12 day permit.
