2 Stroke plugs fowling

So could any one tell me why my rm250 fowels plugs so much road for about to hours today bike road great except for it wont idle put it away and went back to her 4 hours later and it poped twice then there was nothing changed plug and it started right up

dirty air filter, rings worn out, jetting way off, float level too high, could be lots of things

History of the bike? Last rebuild? Like mike said jetting, dirty filter, check your pipe for clogged up carbon etc. last time the silencer was packed?

My bike fouls when i run gas with any octane lower than 91....

If your talking to me, yeah that's happened. Once i left my bike sit for 10 minutes with the gas on and the plug was fouled. Once i switch to a higher octane gas it hasent fouled a plug in months.

Ok thank u for that now here is another problem i have my bike wont idle and ive cleaned the carb tried to change the air intake and idle screw and it doesnt change a thing

tell me your average temperature in Celsius, elevation and what types of riding conditions you're in. All can be found on Google. Also what are you mixing at?

Well now it normaly around 0 degrees celsius 32 to 1 finding out elivation
