65 Kx65 issues after rebuild

I'm sorry Einstein I just never saw any of my dirt bikes wheels spin while running in neutral on my bike stand and the wheel still never spun when I revved it real high so not too sure why it was doing that now

Looks brand new still, other than the seems from them being dirty from the old plugs

It's dry right now. I haven't ran it when I took it off.

Everything on the carb is right.... Gonna soak it overnight again just in case. Not sure what else to try other than that....

Yeah. Took the head off the cylinder and felt the edges and it appears that there's coolant in the cylinder. Not an expert but I don't think that's supposed to happen. The bike already has all new gaskets so..??

That explains the excessive smoke and the really clean spark plug! So should I just replace the gaskets and tighten everything up real good? Is that all that's needed to fix the coolant in the cylinder problem?
