today practicing I had this awesome mx hair revelation!!
one of my friends is into horses, and they use "braid-binders" for horses manes and tails. so I thought It'd be fun to try it out on my hair because well, I'M TIRED OF LOOSING COUNTLESS HAIRBANDS ON THE TRACK!!! and they worked amazing!! totally gonna go to my nearest tack store and buy some!! I recommend it! the only thing is, they have to be cut out, but they're at the bottom of the braid, so definitely not a big deal.. haha. and a bag of them is only about 2 dollars!
It might sound weird.. but worth a try!

I feel like those would be like tying your hair up with a rubber band, when you go to pull it out half your hair goes with it. :thinking:

They do make these rubber bands that dont grip the same as regular bands. These must be like them. Braiding is definately A MUST for me. I lose so much hair from helmets, wind and sweat tangle.
