Other 1990 RM250 full bike part out

Hey everyone, I recently picked up a 1990 RM250 and I don't have the money to re-plate the cylinder and replace the top end. I have every single part for this bike and I'm willing to let things go for cheap. Everything else is in working shape, I'm an honest guy and won't sell you a flat tire or bent handlebars. If you need a part I will clean it, take photos, and give you a price. I will tell you any flaws or problems. It has full fmf exhaust( needs a coat of hi temp paint) , renthal bars and sprockets, bottom end Is in great shape, all cases are good, plastics are yellow and not busted or torn up, wheels and tires are good but need some spokes tightened/replaced, seat is good it has a works connection gripper cover (faded), carb is good, head is good, basically everything is it good working condition except the cylinder.
