140cc lifan clutch slipping barely moves in gear

I have a apollo rfz 110 that I installed a lifan 140 onto. Yx motor. Now when I first installed and would ride clutch seemed ok till you really got on it then the clutch would slip and peg out rpm. So I replaced the clutch and now the dirtbike barely moves when in gear I can Rev it to the moon and does nothing. I have taken it apart many times but it never changes. The cable is adjusted perfect the clutch push rod is all the way Inside slot but it seems like the side cover is pressing on the clutch that's the only thing I can think of like maybe my new gasket is thinner than the old one
