Thought for the day

You can always give me some $$ back, don't want you feeling bad. I was able to get two short rides Sat/Sun, huge upgrade from the KLX. Rode it to work Mon, brrrr, but still grinning ear to ear. Can't wait to get home. See ya thanksgiving weekend.
I'll have beer ready for you at camp.

Pretty much sums it up. Need to own a fleet of commercial tire shops to get anywhere with a tool box.

It's a living......I'll never get rich from it. And I agree with Timo, I would be willing to own a shop, but it's hard enough to keep a good eye on what's going on with one shop, let alone multiple ones.i could never be one of those absentee employers either, I'd probably still turn wrenches even if I owned the place.

Fleet means employees, major permits, insurance costs, maintenance costs...... I'd rather be a employee.

It means instead of making $100 on a brake job you're now making $30 times 10 after the shinanagans. STS is great example of that. Decent service with less than dealership hourly rates and a reasonable product.
@2strokesteve89 there's more money in farming unless it's a union shop
