This really is not an OHV subject. Its a dickhead property owner that
does not want PCT traversing his property.

The press has turned it into an anti OHV story.

The Sheriffs know who this clown is, but cannot act until they have
the right evidence to arrest him.

I couldn't agree more on how much B.S. it is. But the fact is, it is illegal to ride there.

It has been illegal for 10+ years, i know because i have returned to the truck 10 years ago and received a $450 ticket. So i don't feel sympathy for people that are riding where they all know they shouldn't be.

Ive got an old "Dirt Rider" magazine (different than current DR mag) from 1973(?) I believe. In it is a article on Bean Cyn and its closing back then I'll try and sacn it or something.

Agreed though, the Booby Traps are phucked up.
