yea thats pretty jacked up. i will miss watching him do cool stuff... like crashing.
supercross just got less interesting for me.
Let's see, so was Jeff Ward and a really long list of people that are easily looked up to. And darn it if you ever met Ron Lechien in person at this stage of his life, and got to spend some actual time with him, you would be really glad you did and probably switch oils.Bummer,
Maybe he will cohost with Jeff emig (weed) and Ron lechien(every narcotic)... Those guys were also team green teens.
Coincidence?
For me it goes a little bigger than that. I am just fine with the organization banning drugs that can give an advantage to anyone. What I am NOT FINE with is the FIM playing 'king' and treating our side of the pond like they own either of
OUR series. The whole association was to keep riders from
jumping series and not being able to return to one or the
other in the first place, and to improve competition by
having the best in the world able to compete on either side
without sanctions.
The drug James Stewart wants to continue to take is banned for a cause, and I could see either side of an argument for or against it's use. He has the exemption and has spent adequate time away already, therefore it is time to let it move ahead and not bomb a whole team and series for the promoters a couple of weeks before startup. Time for the AMA to keep their own series I think.

For me it boils down to its a doctor prescribed drug, its not like they caught him slamming adderall without a sub. My question is, would they do the same to Antonio Carrioli? For me it goes a little bigger than that. I am just fine with the organization banning drugs that can give an advantage to anyone. And the kicker is that he now also has the correct paperwork to use this prescribed drug. For me it boils down to its a doctor prescribed drug, its not like they caught him slamming adderall without a sub. My question is, would they do the same to Antonio Carrioli?
