New Years weight loss challenge!

  1. Thanks to Mike I went from 151 to 139 with my MX training
  2. nice... i held onto that 205 till about 3 weeks ago, my buddy (the one from this post) and i had stopped and then just started back up but he's been slacking on my and not showing up. last 3 weeks though i've gone from 205 to 189 this morning... need to start walking/running again but lately i've just been lifting light with a ton of reps in every direction possible and it's been working

  5. well, with school starting back last week and the boy has to catch his bus at 6:15, so me and the misses have been walking and running every morning after he gets on the bus. I have to build myself back up to running the whole 4 miles again. I need to get back down to 180 sitting at 205 now.:cry:
