Best is sooo subjective...age, height, ride a bicycle already, know how to use a clutch in a car. Lots of things here.

Better than either of the recommended are the CRF230F full size bike, or the CRF150F little smaller. Both have e buttons.

Blue, get the Yamaha in same size.
