2002 XR 100 R

I have a 2002 XR 100R pulled it out to fix up and ride but for some reason it won’t kick over I noticed there’s. A hose leading right into air box and it fluids it self out everytime I try to start it and when I remove the one end of hose it’s spitting out gas
AMY HELP

Sounds like the carb is flooding, most likely due to a stuck float needle. Try using a wrench or screwdriver and smack the carb at the float bowl. This may unstick the needle, if it does, turn off the gas, and try kicking again, if it starts turn the gas back on and ride it.
