Finally got the motivation to start exercising again, my fat ass has become way to out of shape.
A couple weeks ago I dug out my old Trek bicycle and after pumping up the tires, went for a short ride. Being out in the "air" is so much better than a stinky ole gym.
Been wearing a heart rate monitor and using an app to track everything. It's nice to see an improvement, distance is getting greater while the pace is getting faster.
A couple more charts from today's ride.
Now I just need the motivation to keep it up. Any tips?
