Work Bench for the Garage

I am looking to build a custom work bench for the garage. What do you guys have? Anyone have any plans for a strong work bench?

Any ideas are appreciated.

I have a bench from Home Depot but it is not holding up very well, so i am going to get a diff one or build one my self. Have not figured out what I want to do yet.

its cheap and holds up to a lot of abuse
