250F What is this noise! 2007 Yz250F

This noise is really bothering me. I want to know if it's something to worry about or not. I checked my valves they are in spec. Please Help!

Sounds like a 250f

When you muffle them down enough to make tracks etc happy you hear lots of things you would have missed years ago. That one my have some wear issues like cam chain adjusters, but I didn't hear what I would call serious knocking.

Did you shim your valves? if your intake is still .10 over your going to get slapped

Yes I shimmed my valves they are all in spec.
