Walleye are in the river!

Normally, I would be at the cabin taking care of the trees I planted...

But the walleye are in the rivers!

This is the time you put your waders on, and wade out into the river, toss a lure, and come back with 12 lbs of walleye by 9:00 am. It rocks! Way too fun and cool!

I'm off like a prom dress at 4:30 am Saturday! I'll be on the river early!

I'm a true fisherman and hunter!

Give me a chance! I'm just going out this weekend for the first time this year! Jeez-Louise! We are leaving from my house at 4:30am Sat morning! We should be shouldering our neoprene waders by 7:00 am! And crossing the rift of the Maumee river to an island by sun-up!

We will be tossing 1/2 oz Chartreuse Mister Twister's, and floaters behind 1/2 ozers at sun-up!

We know how to fish this river! I never fail to come out with a lot of fish!

It's cool as hell! It's fun! I always seem to be the guy that passes the fish to the other to make sure we get limits!

I meant that in a figurative way, of course!
