My 05 crf250 was hard to kick over now it's not starting at all could it be my calves cause I know Hondas are famous for that and how much are the valves

250fs hammer valves but you just might need to shim them.
Start by getting a SERVICE MANUAL and start checking for spec.

Could be, it also could be a fuel or spark problem. If this was a problem that progressively got worse I'd say it's a good bet the valves are tightening up. Get out your manual, and if you don't have one, buy one. Then go thru the valve adjustment procedure. If they are in need of adjustment you'll haveto watch for further issues, if the valves go out of adjustment again in short order, you are looking at a valve job.I know Hondas are good for dropping valves and wadding up if you wait too long before valve job.

I would start by checking the valves, after my 05 I think I could probably do it in my sleep
