Pro The Tough One Hard Enduro

Jarvis took the win in the tough conditions
Living up to it's fearsome reputation, the Tough One at the Nantmawr Quarry in Shropshire, England put the world's best extreme riders through their paces on a course that was littered with rocks, logs, mud and even snow. Getting his 2013 hard enduro season off to a perfect start Husaberg's Graham Jarvis took The International Tough One win....

I take a couple things away from watch this.

1. Learn to ride in sloppy conditions.
2. Start stretching so I can be more limber and not cramp up.
3. Need to loose weight.
4. Need to be able to run for a good distance in riding gear, so I do not get tired before I reach my bike.
5. Have outstanding bike prep and setup.
