That ain't a gas tank mate, this is a gas tank

Friggin Aussies, always going to the extreme, 12 gallon fuel tank.

Try picking it up after you fall.:smirk:

I'm thinking the shear weight of that tank would cause it to crack open if dropped, spilling 12 gallons of fuel onto a hot exhaust pipe, resulting in a heck of a fireball. So picking it up will be the least of your problems.

This thing is a bit of an over kill.

 Damn that'd be a lot of weight.
That is an under statement.

 ..... How do you even hold that up...
Not very easily, especially on the side of a hill.

I would need some friends for this attempt.

Fuuuugly!!!
I agree. :thumb:

 that thing is huge!
That is what she said.

Is there a fuel pump hooked up to get the 10 gallons below the carb up there? Crank up the compression dampers.
For sure.

Run would be a good idea.

With 73lbs of gas, I would wonder how the handling/suspension would change full vs empty...
Quite a drastic change I would think.

one of the few places a tank like that is actually needed. at least i hope its not just so he can skip that gas stop here and there.
