storing bike for winter

Have couple 2 strokes season almost over what is best way to store these bikes will drain out gas n do carb clean but should I drain gear oil also ....and radiator.. Thanx for the help

when any compound is run out of anything it seems like it leaves a deposit. our rigs usually dont live long enough for it to be a problem. I check the ph of my coolant and set it if necessary to a neutral point. test it to make sure it will take the anticipated temp or -20. I store my bikes with av gas, at least 50% anyway. draining them leaves enough fuel to congeal and clog the smaller passage, and the pilot jet. I put fresh oil in the trans and start it up. Kill it and store it. Everyone has something that works for them by learning from the things that didnt work.

Well I lived forty years in Pennsylvania its just that people here in Utah can't drive for shite when it rains they're doing 40 mph on the highway

I like winter actually. we dont get enough snow for good snowmachining close by anymore. skiiing is artificial anyway, so that can still be done in my neighborhood.
