The Stewards of the Sierra National Forest will be having our 5th Annual Membership Drive, BBQ Fundraiser and Optional Two Day Dual Sport Adventure through the beautiful Sierra National Forest. Mark the weekend of July 19 & 20, 2014 to attend this annual event. There will be camping available at the lodge and there are multiple hotels located just minutes away from the lodge in Oakhurst.

Last year I took the motorhome and camped at the Elks Lodge where the ride stages at. This year I am gonna be staying in Oakhurst which is 2 miles from the Elks Lodge.

Best Western rates with AAA came to $320 for Fri/Sat night. Not bad for a "Gateway" to Yosemite hotel in July
