This is a planned ride by Malcolm Smith and it is all on Indian land with the permission to ride it. They just had this event a couple weeks ago and reading the entry form, it is only $70 and is all single track with no fire roads. 
Now that Chopnwood has brought this to my attention, I have my calendar marked to watch out for this event to come around again and see about doing it...
