RXR strongflex chest protector

I saw this thing today, looks practical. I don't think I would exceptionally like the bulk of it, but RXR has a great concept.

Couple issues I have with this:

1. valve system in right in the way of you backpack straps.
2. Too long in the back section for me as I am still old school and carry a tool belt.
3. The front looks decent, but not a fan of the back layout.
4. Not too sure about the air setup as it is another thing you would need to constantly check each time before you put it on.

Other than that, looks cool.

I agree, it looks like a bit of a pain in the ass but if it protects you better, it may just be worth it

more of a moto thing id guess. i see it not working with a neck brace real well either.

I think it looks cool. If i was raceing on a semi-pro or pro level i would probably try it. Just too much of a hassle and probably too much for the average joe

yeah, I think it was designed for impacts a bit more than washing out the front end....

Looks cool to me - I'm glad people are trying different things for the safety of our sport
Of course, I wear a Tek-Vest that would stop a Sherman tank so, I know some of you Fellers won't necessarily agree with me.
