The 250 was either displacement or lbs. cause it was both, I believe they made that MX model one year in 78 then bailed. Don't remember a dual sport bike.....is that front fender resting on the exhaust?MX250

Didn't realize they had prototypes that they actually raced.....guess I was off by 1 pound on the weight though.74 to 78 I thought.... but now I found this:
