I needed some new straps, didn't feel like paying out the ass for matrix concepts or ancra's so I took to amazon and found these, they are hands down the best made straps I've had, and they're a lot cheaper than either matrix or ancra

Nice find and thanks for the info. I may order a couple sets myself as I can always have a few extras on hand. I always have 2 sets under the back seat in the truck, but most of them seem to be migrating to the trailer and as the scooters grow, i need more.....

I’ve been using the plain black cam lock straps from Homedepot for the last 5-6 yrs.
I buy a couple of 4 packs every year because between my kid and his friends and then all my friends I never have tiedowns. Bastards.
To say the least they hold up well especially when hauling big cruisers a few hundred miles.

If you make tie downs from rope and round dowel, no one will EVER borrow them! (Floyd rides with mismatched gloves, says it's for the same reason.)

Soft straps by bike master are cheap, and good quality. Going on ten years, and they are still holding good.
