Question for the mechanics.

Just got my son a crf150 but has a 180 kit on it its realy hard to kick too much compression that my son cant even kick it over will the extra 30cc make it this hard. Checked the decompression valve but cant see any problems.
 
yes..maybe contact the company that made the kit n see if they have a lower comp piston or if you can use two base or head gaskets to reduce the comp...or work with him on kickstarting technique

I have only been on one crf150 and it was stock. Very easy for an adult to kick over. Smaller people had the best luck getting it started the way us larger people learned before the automatic compression releases got popular. Maybe that is the tek referred to above: Get it just past TDC and then kick it.
