Noob to the site

Hi all,

New guy here. Seems to be a pretty active forum - hope to pick the combined brains of the forum from time to time! And in time, hope to be able to offerwhat I will have learnt to the next noob.

Currently have an NC700x and an XT500.

Welcome errol500... pick away at the brains but beware that what you read/learn might not be totally what you expected.... Just sayin. .....

@ Mojavekid18 I like it hey. It does what it was built for, to take me to work and back at 33km/l. Its great through the traffic, cruises along quite happily on the open road (between 100 - 130kph) and has 12000 km service intervals. It won't set the road on fire with performance, but it wasn't designed to do that - it will scrape a peg here and there though.


I tore down my XT500 ('81) to rebuild it....some time ago...money and time are short! But planning to get bach in to it now. The tank is the old paint, and will be going, old seat too, which will also be going.
