my friend caz had probably the worst crash of her life today racin' back home in pheonix!!!
got thrown from the bike after the rythm section... screwed up a jump. got thrown hard into a rock.
went right through her knee pads and everything!! OUCH!!

pretty gnarly considering she had kneepads on.

im finally using my kneepads on EVERY ride now. Im done with hematoses from tiny get offs.

I learned the kneepad and hip pad lesson really fast!!! :lol: but yeah, I wish I had pictures of the pad, probably ripped up!! haha
