so as some of you may know, i have acquired a new KDM as i like to call them, its something a little different then the normal ktm
It started life as an 2012 ktm 250 sx, when brand new it was torn down, the 1st and second gear from a 250 xc were put it, and a 300 sx kit was installed, then it was only ridden for 14 hours
So its a 300SX/XC
it got powdercoated orange and all the goodies were installed,
2015 plastics
Sharkfin Rear Disk gaurd
11 oz flywheel weight
Mapping switch
Acerbis Front disk gaurd
250 XC tank
forks and triple clamps are off of the xc model
Suspension was valved for woods and set up for the guys weight (270 lbs)

FMF Silencer(almost talked him into giving me a fmf fatty with the bike but he wouldnt)

It runs like my old 300 xcw but on a little coke and steroids, but it needed 1 more part, enduro engineering radiator gaurds, i have a thing for bending radiators so i wasnt taking any chances
I only weight 145 pounds so i stripped the suspension off and took it to fcr to have the stock xc springs put on that are recomended for my weight, i still need to set my sag but its very close right now

This is when i first picked it up, jonnie wackin it to my bike and tim counting out his 5 g's
this is how it looks now with the skidplate, there is one crack in the side panel from tim trying to lift the bike with the fender, always grab the silencer children
Came with the stock 19 inch rim with new tire, and also an extra rear trelleborg and an extra 18 inch rim with new tire and bearings
Have a bunch of extra and stock parts too that i threw in a pile lol, 250 xc cylinder thats literally almost brand new, stock pipes, stock plastics(new), tank(newish), etc... some cool 300 sx stickers i need to put on, would like to put on those rub gaurds but i dont have the little rubber grommet expanding nuts that go in the swingarm axle ends
speaking of stickers, check out my race numbers lol, kinda fucked the C up angle wise but it was cold as shit, might do the other side tommorow if i can find a way to get the panels warm in my garage, also put my rear trelleborg on, still searching for a front one
And to prepare for the next few months of off the chain riding i bought a shit load of premix
videos and more pictures will be plentiful starting this weekend, racing a winter harescramble next weekend
