Need Input ASAP 1990 RM250 $200

Hey guys I found a 1990 RM250 that has not ran in a year and the kickstart is getting stripped. I can pick it up for $200 and just part it out? I need to know super quick if it's a good idea?

I have successfully flipped over 30 bikes and that one meets the requirements.
Needs to be off the books, currently registered, or no intention of registering it.

Bought it. Has the title and everything, 1 back fee though.

Pulled the kicker off. The bolt was broken off in the shaft, and the kick lever spline is a little stripped. I'm going to pour some gas in the tank and some oil in the plug hole and see if it fires up.

Yeah for sure. Does this plug look super lean? Or just corroded? The plug was not tight in the head when I took it out
