Pro Jacob Argubright Clinches AMA West Title

With one race still left on the 2014 schedule, Husqvarna’s Jacob Argubright clinched the 2014 AMA West Hare Scrambles Championship after finishing third in the combined WCGP Big 6/AMA West Hare Scrambles round at The Ranch in Anza, California, September 7.

The win, however, went to Kawasaki rider Ricky Brabec, with Honda-mounted Tim Weigand finishing second.

Eric Yorba (KTM) and Steven Godman (Yamaha) rounded out the top five overall.

Sixth overall went to Pro2 winner Justin Seeds (Kawasaki), while 10th overall went to 200cc Expert winner Dalton Shirey (Yamaha).

Good to see him get a championship. He rode out of my local Kawi shop for years until he got picked up by Husky.
 
Its good to see him win, he was a favorite for Hare and Hound but bad luck there has kept him from being a title contender.
