One of the guys I ride with has a 125 but he's been talking about getting a 250f. So last night I told him to take my 250f for a couple laps........had to pry him off as he wouldn't give it back.:foul::rant:

So...any who......:poke:...:smirk:

I think you're right, it is a Zook. :smirk:

 I think I see Jax coming after me, I've got to run.

:P

 dont you ride a suzuki with green plastics

Yeah, he must have been a young kid that just came off a CRF150F up to the 2st, and your bike is more what he is used to. :P

Oh, and did you ride his?

Ok being serious for a bit, I'm pretty sure that he's only ever had the 125 (late into the sport just like me).

For the couple laps he rode he looked faster, however without a stopwatch who knows. :ride: His riding style is more suited for a 4 stroke though, so I'm guessing that that had something to do with it. :thumb: Oh and did I mention it was my Kawi? That didn't hurt any. :smirk:

Everybody needs a 250 2 smoker in their arsenal!:prof: I will never cough up the YZ250, that thing flat out rips and is a blast to ride.

I am thinking of trying out a 125 two stroke for my son. He is getting a little too big for his 150R but not at all close enough for a 250 4 stroke. I have been stumped on this transition for a while. A 125 2 smoke would scream compared to what he has now I would think. I wish he would grow a little more.

125's and 250f's are pretty comparable in size and power. :noidea:

How tall/big is he and has he ridden either one yet?

AS JimmyJam has stated they are the same size, power might be different I don't know at least the delivery of power is different anyway and the 250f is a little heavier
