I need a schedule

Ive been trying to put together a workout schedule to hel me with riding :ride:. I dont have that much resources exept a small bench and some weights, dumbells, and a curl bar. Ive been running but thats about it. I wanted a good schedule i could follow weekly or daily. I dont know what workouts would be good for riding and which ones are bad so i could use some help with putting this together.
 
lay on your stomach and pull the weights up from the floor kinda like rows
stand up and lift a weight from your waist to your chest (staight up your body)
stand with your arms straight up and just bend your elbows so the weight goes behind you and lift

theres so many different positions but those are some good ones...lol
 
Typically, I run for a half hour/45 minutes. Afterwards I do a bunch of sit ups and push ups (About 100 Millitary style sit ups and 50-75 pushups in sets or 25). Followed up I do a bunch of pull ups off the bar in the basement and that does it. I do this every other day, sometimes I moutian bike down the railroad tracks. Also try to eat as healthy as possible, since I hate vegtables, I stick to carrots, celery and lots and lots of fruits, nuts, and grains.
