- Piston, rings, valve check (KW SS, still perfect at 175 hours)
- '02 R cam (had an '05)
- Stage III port and polish (had stage I)
- R radiator lowering kit
- raised spring rates from 6.0/.49 to 6.3/.52
- change in mid valve stack on fork (new AS specs)
- Li Battery
- Super sprox rear sprocket
- Hyde racing skid plate
- Tubliss front and rear with new tires
- new Throttle tube and cables (oem)
- Braking OS front disc and new rear disc
- Removed HID lighting and went back to OEM
- smaller starter button
