Nothing like opening a big box of yummy goodness...

Getting a scooter in the crate is the best way to go. Than you know it was prepped correctly to your standards.

Can you even get them in a box anymore? I thought most/all of the manufactures require a shop to assemble them? :noidea:

Not if you know your dealer. I use to get all my bikes in a box when I was racing, since I took them all a part anyways. I received a couple more after that as well.

Ive had the chance to get a new bike in a box... I would rather take it home running and break it in before I make it turn left...

Exhaust headers. Man it is a pain in the ass to find anti-seaz cream for the assembly from parts stores etc. 2 moto shops, 1 auto parts, 1 hardware strike 4. Finally found my little stash I had from a while back.

Also bled the clutch. She is looking good.

New front tire, rear is still good. I might run the front for break in.

New disc guards.
Done for the night.
Just finished up the link suspension overhaul. Waiting on the swing arm, it was messed up bad. I am hoping to break her in by next week end. Timo did the powder coat on the frame. Uptite did the engine rebuild. I am doing all the assembling after all the tear down and such.
