How these guys keep their cool is beyond me.

I would have beat that dude senseless, then call the cops, then tell them he attacked me and I was defending myself!

The only thing I saw the biker do wrong was pass on a double yellow line, you can't say speeding as we don't know if they actually were. Now the truck driver, holy crap where do you even start? 
Attempted vehicular manslaughter? Reckless driving, crossed the center line more times I could count, almost caused a couple head-on collisions thanks to being on the wrong said of the road in turns., etc.
You're right I don't see how they kept their cool, but I'm glad they did as that would've been the story instead of the guy in the truck.
The bikers are very lucky that they were filming it, if not it would've been a he-said-she-said ordeal. The guy did seem to change his attitude after he calmed down, hearing that there was a video probably helped.
Hope he spends time in jail, that was way out of line.
