Greasing Tubes for Installation

So I saw a youtube video that a guy used tire grease on his tubes when installing to reduce pinch flats the idea being the tube slips away from the tire and can't get pinched. I know baby powder seems to be what is most commonly. Has anyone done the grease before?

And when it's time to replace the tube out on the trail, you can take the old one, and run it through your crack, to help stop the monkey butt.:thumb:
How did you know this, was I sharing my secrets out on the trail again...:smirk:
